HI, I'm using gen 4 Apple TV and would like to set it up to be the "home hub" for my HomeKit devices. However, I can't find any options for doing this. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

See Automate and remotely access your HomeKit accessories - Apple Support. I don't have any HomeKit devices myself, but from what I can tell if it is configured correctly then you should see HomeKit enabled under Settings > Accounts > iCloud which then allows you to control or monitor the devices when you are away from home.
